How we pressure wash in Lincolnshire

Most of our jobs start the same way. A driveway or patio that had gone green and black over a few winters, weeds in the joints, and a customer who’d tried the garden hose and given up. We clean the whole surface with professional pressure washing kit and work across it evenly, so you don’t end up with stripes and patches.

The pressure gets turned down for softer surfaces. Sandstone and older concrete need a gentler touch than block paving, and so does timber decking. Render or roof tiles get a soft wash instead of a jet. On block paving we can refill the joints with kiln-dried sand afterwards and seal it if you’d like it to stay cleaner for longer.

We’re based in Dunston, so most of our pressure washing is around Lincoln, Sleaford and North Hykeham, but we cover every LN postcode and plenty of the rest of the county. If you’re not sure we come out your way, the postcode checker on our home page will tell you.

Pressure washing questions

How much does pressure washing cost in Lincolnshire?

Driveway cleaning starts from £250 for a single drive and patio cleaning from £200. The final price depends on the size, the surface and how much moss and staining there is, so we’ll confirm it before we start. Our price list has more detail.

Will pressure washing damage my block paving or patio?

Not when the pressure suits the surface. We adjust it for each job, and softer stone and timber get a much lower setting than block paving.

Do you re-sand block paving after cleaning?

Yes, if you’d like us to. Washing takes out the old sand along with the weeds, so we brush kiln-dried sand back into the joints and can seal the paving afterwards.

Which areas do you cover for pressure washing?

Every LN postcode, plus Sleaford, Grantham, Boston, Spalding and much of the rest of Lincolnshire. We’re based in Dunston, just south-east of Lincoln.
